Another day on the town

[Night of Arendelle]

A girl awoke in one of the rooms at the hotel. Her hair was pure white, her skin was pale. Her purple eyes fluttered open as she got up a little groggily. She looked into the mirror and saw she had a bad case of bed head. She let out a yawn as she made her way to the rooms bathroom. She took a quick shower to help herself wake up and when she exited she brushed her hair and then her teeth. She left her room and saw her clothes that she had put out to be washed last night and quickly put them on. She put on her pink sleeveless mid drift shirt with white trim. A white blue short skirt with pink trim, with shorts underneath of the same color scheme. she then slipped on her light  blue robes and then picked up a Japanese style hair pin that was of a black dragon with a white fox wrapping around it, and slipped it into her hair. She then slipped on some plain shoes that she had bought some time after waking up in Traverse town. For when she had awoke, she was bare foot. she then left the room and found the moogle Mog waiting for her outside. She smiled as this little guy was the only actual friend she had made during her time here. Hello Kupo. Night smiled at the Moogle and responded Hey Mog. She responded to the moogle. She had met Mog some time after her initial arrival at Traverse town. It had been during one of her escapades into the Districts beyond the first. She had found the moogle surrounded by the heartless from the type that she presumed was the lowest class, the ones the town denizens called shadows. She had summoned her keyblade the diamond dust without hesitation and leaped in to assist the moogle. After the brief skirmish Mog had introduced himself and since then the two hod gotten along rather well. So were to first Kupo? inquired the moogle. Night let out another drawn out yawn before she responded by saying. The usual, Wildkat cafe. That way I can grab a quick breakfast and a white chocolate mocha. Mog nodded and replied Then off we go Kupo! Night nodded with a smile and followed her companion out to the first district.

Night and Mog arrived in the first district and headed towards a newer looking cafe. The sign above the door read Wildkat. They entered and a bell rang above the door to let the owner know that a customer had arrived. A voice called form the back of the cafe Be there in just a minute. Night looked around at the artwork that was on the wall. All done by an Artist that went by CAT, but Night quickly figured out that CAT was really the owner of the cafe. A man stepped out he looked at Night and said Hey there Night what can I do for ya? Night smiled at the man and said. Hey Mr. Hanekoma, I would like a raspberry scone and a white chocolate Mocha please. Hanekoma let out a laugh and said So switching it up today from blueberry to raspberry, and chocolate chip to whit chocolate huh? Night smiled and nodded and said Yeah they sound good and I am curious as to how they taste. Hanekoma grinned and then said. I keep forgetting you have no memory form your time before here. He said all of this while getting to work on making the mocha. Well I can at least say your coffee is the best Hanekoma laughed at this and said, My coffee is the only coffee you know girl. Night laughed at this and retorted by saying. Exactly, that is why it is the best. Hanekoma shook his head lightly and brought over Nights order. she started chowing down while Hanekoma got Mogs usual order of Kupo nut latte and started making that for the moogle. While he was doing this Hanekoma asked, So what are your plans for the day? Night took a sip from her Mocha before she replied. Nothing much just going to troll the districts for heartless and remove them. The usual. Hanekoma brought Mog his late and then responded. Ok just be careful. We will be Mr.H. Replied Night. She then went back to her breakfast.

After she finished her food and rink she thanked Mr.H and left. Mog followed along. They arrived at the door to the second district and went through. Generally they only had to do Districts 3-5 every other day, the heartless were not as concentrated there as say well the second district. It was the District that always needed to be cleared every day. As they entered the district a group of shadows rose from the ground. That seemed to be the only heartless here. They were many but they were relatively weak. Night held out her hand and simply thought of her keyblades name. "Diamond Dust" and in a flurry of snow it appeared in her right hand. She then by instinct took her battle stance, sliding her left foot forward while keeping her right foot in place. She drew her right arm back with keyblade in hand as if prepared to lunge, while holding her left hand out as if prepared to cast a spell. The shadow in the front of the group whether it was brave or stupid Night could never decide. The jumped at her and she followed with a quick thrust hitting the thing out of mid air. she then quickly drew the keyblade back and cleaved the shadow in two finishing the first one off. Then before she could carry into the final swing of her usual combo four of the shadows jumped at her. She followed he instincts and put her left hand out and formed a dark barrier around her that the shadows hit and bounced off of. She then used a counter aura, causing a dark blast to wipe the four of them out. she then took two steps towards the remaining group and then used Shadow Breaker. darkness surrounded her as she did two spinning slash attacks cutting through the group. Light then surrounded her and she preformed two more finishing off the remnants, while causing herself to go over the ledge above the fountain. As she fell towards the ground she saw a group of six more shadows rise from the ground. She held her left hand out as she fell and said Dark Blizzara and then in mid air six ice crystals shrouded in darkness fired at the group, each ice crystal homing in on a different shadow. The spell destroyed the group and Night landed with ease. She looked up and saw another group of shadows rising up in front of her. Sometime it honestly seemed like there was no end to these things. It was then she heard Mog shout Thundara Kupo! A rain of lightning ending the group of shadows as soon as it rose rained down. Night looked up at the moogle that was flying down towards her and said. Good job Mog. Mog then replied Of course Kupo. That should do it for today I do nto sense anymore, how odd Kupo. Night nodded in agreement. Well guess that means we can just walk around and relax. I like the fountain in the fourth district. What do you say Mog? Mog nodded in agreement as he landed on top of her. sounds good to me Kupo, we do not often get breaks. Night nodded lightly in agreement and set out for the fourth district. Once they arrived at the fountain Night sat down on the edge of the fountain and looked at the graffiti art on the walls done by CAT. Night then looked down at her hands and she could not help but wonder, just who was she? Were did she come from? She had been in Traverse town for nearly a month now and had regained no memory except for the bit she could remember. Her name, the name of her Keyblade, though she still did not know what a Keyblade was. Also she remembered a phrase or was it a Quote? Either way it went like this. "the world begins and ends with you, expand your horizons and and enjoy the moment with all of your might, whether it's gloomy, whether it's bright."

"Hello there.." A distorted voice said as a portal of darkness appeared about 8 feet infront of Night. Eien walked out of the portal of Darkness and looked at her with a small smile on his face. "Ah, Traverse Town, the most stubborn place out there for when it comes to being devoured. I'm guessing you're the one who protects this place?" He asked curious as he stood there, looking at her with hie glowing red eyes. He rather liked the fountain she was sitting on, it gave off a bit of an artistic feel to it, which was a rare feeling theses days when there is little hope. "Tell me, what is your name?"

Night sensed the entity before she heard the voice that said hello. She felt and heard the dark portal open and the figure that stepped out. The darkness resonated within her, almost as if she had used something similar before. It felt like old memories began to stir, but they faded as quick as the came. She looked up at the figure as Diamond Dust appeared in her hands as if by some involuntary reflex. The Keyblade startled her but not as much as this strange figure. His eyes were red, his hair black and messy. His out fit looked strange almost organic like it was a part of him. He said something about the town being hard to eat or something akin. He then asked if she was the towns protector. It was around then she realised why the darkness felt familiar yet alien. It was like those of the heartless she battled every day like a hunger. Though this heartless radiated a more intense and powerful darkness, one that Night could feel the hunger in it. The Figure then asked for her name. She looked at the thing directly in the eyes and replied while keeping Diamond Dust lowered as to make it look like she was not challenging him. I am Night, a resident of this town. As for being it's protector in a way yes. I make a few rounds a day take out the shadows and use the money they drop to cover my living expenses. It may not be an ideal life but it is a life. She then mumbled under her breath. It is not like I remember anything else.

[Night of Arendelle]

Eien gave her a small grin as he was trying his best to seem friendly to her. He took notice of her observation of him, just like how he took notice of something within her, something that felt like the same kind of darkness as his own but different at the same time. He decided to keep an eye on this one and test her strength from time to time. "Hmmm, you are an interesting one. Just by standing near you i can feel potential for a great amount of strength to be realized. Usually i would take that as a possible threat and would try to exterminate it, but with you.. There's something about you that's almost forcing me to not attack you. Whatever that thing is, i will not try to combat it. Goodbye, Night. May we meet again as peacefully as we met today." He really did not like the sudden feeling he had received, almost as if he was being betrayed. Quickly he opened a portal of darkness and stepped through, closing it behind him. Soon afterwards a group of neoshadows arrived in her area, wrecking havoc.

Night was even more befuddled by the strange figure words. He claimed she had a great amount of potential, for a great amount of strength? Then the part of something forcing him not to attack her. She admitted that she was relieved but also curious. After all he admitted to wanting to exterminate her. Geeze he made her sound like a bug. She watched as he opened some kind of dark portal, and by instict she held her hand up after he left and darkness glowed around her hand and the portal stayed open. Maybe she could use this to go to other worlds? Before she could even try a bunch of shadows rose from the ground surprising her. This caused her to lose focus, which in turn caused the dark portal to close. The first thing she noticed about these shadows was that they were larger. the other thing was they seemed to have neon colored lights on there bodies. One of them lunged at her and she used her dark roll. Melding into the shadows Night dashed through the new shadow and then came of of the dark roll and pivoted and lunged stabbing her Keyblade into the things back. She then brought her keyblade back and continued her combo with a downward swing. She then spun for the final part bringing Diamon Dust crashing into the thing. The combo staggered the thing and Night went to make her next move but another one of the strange shadows lunged and struck her with its claws. She felt as if her powers were trying to tell her to do something and so she listened and just went with her instincts. she seemed to vanish form the spot and appear above the thing that had just struck her. She came down and smashed her keyblade into the ground and a ice pillar rose from the spot. The counter sent the new shadow flying. She then raised her left hand and fired off a dark blizzara. The six dark icicles homed in on the one shadow finishing the thing off. She then quickly turned to the one she had initially attacked and used her snow flurry attack. A cloud of snow surrounded her and she rushed the Heartless. She dashed through the heartless, then quickly turned and struck a second time finishing it off. She then dashed at three that stood in a group striking them and then used the final part of the attack causing the snow around her to blast outwards. She did not let up there though oh no. She went straight into Shadow breaker. She hit the three with two powerful dark spinning strikes and followed up with the light one ending the three heartless. She then though got struck in the back by three more, there claws doing some damage. she then put up her dark barrier to block there second attack and then used counter aura to blast them back and do some damage. She then turned and faced them while casting cura on herself. She then fired another dark Blizzara ending two more. She then noticed something she had felt before but not to this extent. darkness was cloaking her in an aura and she felt like her powers was right at it's restraint point. Like now was a decision, to let her power flow? Or continue the fight how she was. she decided to let it flow. Her keyblade merged into the dark aura as it formed claws on her hands and feet. It also formed wings and a tail, and though she could not see it the aura also formed draconic horns on her head. A name rang through her mind, "Dark Dragon Fury". She then charged at the shadows and started slashing them with her claws. She then rose up flapping her wings, a little surprised they let her fly. She then dove and barreled through the heartless taking a few of them out. she then rose back up into the sky and swung her wings sending a dark arc at a heartless. She chained this into a three hit combo and then formed an orb of dark energy over her head and threw it at the heartless taking a few more out. It was then Night realized her breathing had become labored. This power, no her instinct said style. This style was taking a lot out of her. She then followed her instincts and formed a orb of concentrated darkness and then fired it. The orb exploded upon impact and wiped out the few remaining powerful shadows. She landed and the darkness around her faded. as soon as it did she hit her knees and then fell unconcious.

[Night of Arendelle]

While out cold Night dreamed. The dream was strange almost vivid. The Dream came in flashes, as if she was only getting brief glimpses at the scenes that were taking place. There were four figures in armor and one figure that was obscured. She could not make out those in armor very well either other than that each one bore a keyblade. Only one stood out to her though. The keyblades hilt looked like a snow flurry, while the main body of the blade was straight, the color a white-blue. The key part was a snow flake protruding from the main body. It felt familiar to her, almost as if she had wielded it once ..... She had wielded it, the powdered snow. Then the figure in armor must be her. The scenes continued to flash through. The obscure figure now also held a keyblade, one that was clear to her as well. The keyblades handle were actually two keyblades crossed together, the blade itself was large and radiated power. The blade also was shimmering, it felt very powerful. The scenes continued to flash by. One of the armored figures was down on the ground now, armor broken keyblade shattered and the others pressed on with the struggle. The scene continued flashing by and the rest of the armored figures were on the ground. The one that was Night, her armor was broke, her faced revealed. she noted that she looked a bit younger than she did now. The obscure figures keyblade was stabbed into her chest. The other three armor clad figures then rushed at the figure. The next scene was an explosion and then Night saw herself flying through a void, a shard of the strange powerful keyblade still in her chest, her armor almost one hundred percent destroyed. The scene shifted and she was laying on the ground in front of a mysterious tower. The scene showed her on the edge of falling unconscious. She then saw that the shard of the broken keyblade began sinking into her. The dream then faded as she woke up.

Night jolted up her hand going to her chest clutching were she had seen the blade fragment sink in. She then heard a familiar song playing over a radio. The song was "Calling". She then heard a voice say. Ah you are finally awake. Night turned to the owner of the voice and say a guy who looked no older than 15. He had blonde hair and purple eyes. He wore a very lite blue dress shirt untucked, casual slacks, and white dress shoes. His name was Yoshiya Kiryu. Though everyone knew him as Joshua. Hey Joshua, how long was I out? Joshua walked over to her and replied. Not to long, but if you are getting that wiped out from the heartless I think you need a break for a few days. He then pointed to her still clutching her chest and asked. Is Everything all right? Night realized what she was doing and stopped. Yeah I am fine, it was just a dream. She then paused and continued on saying. Actually Joshua, I was wanting to head out and go to other worlds, see if maybe I can find my past out there. Joshua nodded as if he was not surprised and said. I was wondering when you would leave, after all it is obvious that Traverse town does not hold the answers you seek. Night nodded and then said. actually I was thinking of maybe leaving in a little bit. Joshua nodded and said. Ok Let me go get Mr.H we will meet you outside, that way we can give you a going away gift. Night nodded and Joshua left. She then stood up and dusted herself off. What world to go to, she had to wonder? She then heard a voice cry out. I am coming with you Kupo! Mog descended from above and landed upon Nights head. Night smiled and said. Are you sure Mog? we do not know what we could run into out there after all. Mog nodded and replied. Even more of a reason for me to come along Kupo! We make a great team you and I kupo. Night smiled and said. Ok then. Her and Mog then left for the First District square. There they met Mr.H and Joshua who were standing there waiting for the two.So I heard you are leaving us. Said Hanekoma. Night nodded and said. Yeah my past is out there some were, and I would like to find it. Mr.H nodded and said. I figured as much so I got you a parting gift. It just might help you on your adventures, here. He then handed her a pure white pin. She pocketed it and said. Thanks Mr. H She gave him a quick hug. Joshua then came a bit closer and said. I to have something that should be of some use at some point. Joshua handed her a pure white feather. Night pocketed this item as well and said. Thank you Joshua. Joshua then asked. So how are you traveling? She smiled and then replied. Like this. She held out her left hand and let her instincts guide her. The darkness in her responded and a portal of darkness appeared. She at first wondered were it would take her, but then she flashed back to her dream and of the Mysterious Tower. That was were she would start. She tne looked at Joshua and Hanekoma and said Well by for now. And with that she entered the dark portal leaving Traverse Town.
